returned or exchanged items MUST have an RMA number written on the
outside of the shipping carton not the product box. If there is no RMA
number the item will be refused. You must call customer service inorder
to receive this number. All merchandise must be returned in NEW, UNOPENED, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with all tags attached in its original packaging. After inspection, if we determine the returned items have been used we reserve the right to return the items to you at your expense. you purchased the wrong size or received defective merchandise and
would like an exchange, place a new order for the correct merchandise
